Last Sunday, we once again had the pleasure of participating in the Family Integration Picnic in Szczęśliwicki Park. At the tents of SZPZLO Warsaw - Ochota this year, it was extremely busy - almost 400 people were examined, about 100 more than the previous year.
The most popular examinations were glucose level measurements (153 examinations), blood pressure measurements (81 examinations), and dermatological consultations (68 examinations). There were also those who wanted to check their body fat level and calculate their BMI (50 people) or measure the level of carbon dioxide in the exhaled air. We were also visited by parents whose children underwent an examination to assess correct colour vision. Unfortunately, more than one in three examinations revealed abnormalities – they were noted in 134 individuals. All people with concerning results received information about the need for further diagnostics and the possibility of having them conducted at SZPZLO Warsaw - Ochota clinics.
