We wish to inform you that the clinic at Kadłubka Street 18 will no longer provide Primary Health Care services as of 31st August 2023. We encourage patients to avail services at the clinic located at 58 Wojciechowskiego Street. All existing patient medical records have been transferred to this facility. We would also like to remind you that, in accordance with the regulations of the act dated 27th October 2017 concerning Primary Health Care, you have the right to change your service provider based on your declaration. In the coming months, we plan to carry out a thorough renovation of the clinic building at 18 Kadłubka Street.
