Primary Health Care Accreditation Certificate for SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota

Primary Health Care Accreditation Certificate for SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota

We have once again received the PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE for our facilities. It is a form of independent external evaluation of the facility's work.
This certificate is the fruit of our Team's hard work. We were one of the first Health Care Facilities (ZOZ) in Poland to obtain the Accreditation Certificate in 2018.
Obtaining accreditation is associated with a complex verification process.
The condition for obtaining the certificate is a positive assessment within the so-called accreditation review carried out by a visiting team from the Quality Monitoring Centre in Health care, subordinate to the Ministry of Health.
Accreditation defines standards and the level of quality and safety of services provided by medical facilities. The certificate is valid for 3 years. After this period, another verification procedure takes place.
Only about 200 facilities in Poland received the quality certificate, which constitutes 1/1000 (per mille) of all facilities in our country.
Accreditation confirms the credibility of the facility and its compliance with many strictly defined requirements in the areas of administrative and medical management.
