Applications for ensuring architectural and information and communication accessibility
 
Pursuant to the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs, everyone, without having to prove a legal or factual interest, has the right to inform the office about the lack of architectural or information and communication accessibility of this entity.
 
A person with special needs or their legal representative, after demonstrating a genuine interest, has the right to submit a request for architectural or information and communication accessibility, hereinafter referred to as an "accessibility request."
 
The application should include:

  1. Applicant's contact details.
  2. Indication of the barrier that hinders or prevents accessibility in terms of architecture or information and communication.
  3. Indication of how to contact the applicant
  4. Indication of preferred method of ensuring accessibility, if applicable.

Deadline for consideration of the application:
 
The request will be processed immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of submission. If this deadline cannot be met, the applicant will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the deadline for responding, which will not be longer than 2 months from the date of submission of the application or the impossibility of fulfilling it, with an indication of possible alternative access.
