• you can contact the SZPZLO data protection officer at any time by sending an appropriate letter with the note "IOD" to the address of the Controller's registered office or electronically by sending an e-mail to iod@szpzlo-ochota.pl;
• Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a. f GDPR because the legal basis for the processing of your data is our legally justified interest in being able to correspond with you;
• personal data will be disclosed to entities providing IT services to SZPLZO;
• personal data will be stored during the period of correspondence with you, and after its termination for a period of one year,
• Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the impossibility of receiving a response to your message;

You have the right to:

• access to your personal data;
• to rectify your personal data;
• request the controller to restrict the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2) of the GDPR;
• deletion of data;
• object to data processing due to your specific situation,
• lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
