Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information (Journal AT. from 2018 item 1330,1669 as amended amended), each public institution is obliged to publish certain data on the Internet in a standardized form.

The rules for publishing information in the BIP are regulated by:

• Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information,
• Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 18 January 2007 regarding the Public Information Bulletin (Journal of Laws 2007, No. 10, item 68),
• Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and the exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 526, as amended).

Pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 1 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information (Journal AT. No. 112 item 1198 as amended. amended), public information that has not been made available in the Public Information Bulletin of SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota is made available at the request of the interested party.

      Access to public information is free of charge, subject to Article 15. Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information.
